There is no requirement to be on the spouse visa to apply as spouse for naturalisation. These are two separate routes. If your spouse is BC, you can apply for BC directly as a spouse of EEA national (so got PR) and a spouse of BC (she can apply immediately once PR is obtained). The 3 years requirem...
