It's very weird that they asked you for photos and they didn't ask my wife for photos. Did any one else receive approval in which no photos were requested?

Re: 2014/2015 Approved & currently waiting for invitation

Still waiting for an invitation too here in Galway. Sent in the final documents and the €950 on May 6, 2015 by registered post. I know they were delivered, but INIS didn't send a letter stating they had been received. With all previous communications, an acknowledgement letter always followed short...

Re: impact of lost old passport on naturalisation

Why you didn't supply copy of the passport pages when applying? They ask for full copies at the time of applying...
Anyway you don't have much choice, You probably need a Garda report confirming that the passport is lost and send it to them.

Re: 2015 Citizenship Approvals

My father just received his invite letter. Letter posted 21 April. He is Stamp 4/Spouse of Irish. Lived here for 8 years now. That took a while :) Hopefully mine comes in soon, applied same time as him (October 2014). Not too long now... Do you mean approval right? as no ceremony has been announced...

You can select stamp 4 . You just use it in order to see if she has the required time to apply as it's the same time for EU and non EU.

Re: Passport for Child Born after 2005 in ireland

1. Do I have to send my kid`s application to department of justice to get him naturalized first and than apply for his passport? Yes because at the time of the birth none of the parents were Irish citizens, therefore, the child is not entitled to citizenship. 2. Can I directly apply for his passpor...

Re: Passport for Child Born after 2005 in ireland

For kids born in Ireland and who qualify for Irish citizenship, you need to apply in the passport office directly, no need to go through Inis.

Use this page https://www.dfa.ie/passports-citizenshi ... -passport/ to see the requirements (eg residency of parents prior the birth etc)

The original passport should have been returned.

Try contacting them via twitter https://twitter.com/PassportIRL/with_replies as they seem to be very active there.

Good luck
