Re: Visa Refused

Anyone please share your ideas for me to defend as I have lodged my appeal.

I am particularly concerned with their objection that I have not set fees in my contract.

Expecting some feedbacks from gurus and forum members.

I recently visited them for a consultation.
Paid £60 for few minutes of so called consultation.
The consultant was in such a hurry....
He would charge me 3000 just to lodge my appeal

Re: Visa Refused

Dear Hope145,

Thank you for your reply.

The payment clause in my contract states that the customer will be charged according to the existing rates of the company. The prices were verbally agreed upon and the invoice shows the rates charged.

Re: All Applicants who applied on first week of Sep 2014

Hi Rockey,

I have shown my own funds, not the 3rd party funds.
I had registered my company before 11 July and I am the director.
I have applied under transitional rules
Thanks

Re: Tier 1 Ent. Application after recent changes (11 July)

@Olasunkanmi
Yes, my company has been actively trading prior to 11 July and I got a couple of contracts signed by my clients.
Also, My business account was opened only on 16 th July.
Still confused about submitting advertisement materials as they would be post-11 july dated.

Regards,
