@WR1 " The application form clears this up by asking if tests was taken before 6 April 2015 or after and then you fill in the relevant section for the test." I am applying from outside i.e. India via vsa4UK online application form and I didn't come a cross the question where it ask English...

please can you confirm I will be paying health surcharge upfront for my wife and child visa ?
example (for visa issue upto 33 months)
health surcharge for wife =3x200= £600
health surcharge for my child=3x200= £600

is that right ?

What is lead applicant in the health surcharge ?
in my case do I need to add two lead applicants ?
example
Wife=lead applicant
child= lead applicant

do I need to add my details i.e. I act as Main Applicant or sponsor

dear members I am still waiting after my application 2/9/14 but my passport is expiring next month , is it going to affect my application. Can anyone tell how HO prioritised the application as I applied on 1st sept 2014 and still waiting, however I can see randomly September approvals are coming and don’t understand why this out of order.
