According to the set LR timeline on Google drive someone named "AL" who applied on the 20th of sept. received a decision in 5 weeks.

I have asked this question before and haven't got a precise answer.

Hi All, I'm in the process of filling the set(lr) form July 2014 version. In section 5, there are two declarations to sign. Does the 2nd declaration need to be signed if you don't have any joint account or neither are you sending any billings or bank account details? Looking forward to your answers....
