JR has to be lodged within 3 months of the 'decision' for which you're asking for JR. There are exceptional circumstances where a late appeal can be lodged. If you state that you were not informed by the previous solicitor that the fee had not been paid, it may be acceptable to allow a late appeal....

@ stevens874, yes you can use the same 50k fund for your fresh application while your JR is pending. Are you planning to submit a sole application or as a team again? Brother congratulations, i assume that your 50K were in personal account, rather than business account. Can you please clarify it?
