I have received an email from HO confirming the receipt of My EEA4. The email states a case ID. Does it mean i have been located to an Caseworker already? I am just freaking out that it will take long as it took last time when I applied for my EEA2... 1 year and 5 months. Please share your experienc...

EEA4 seems efficient.

Hi all.
I sent my application on the 2nd of August. They had it on Mondays the 4th. Payment was taken on the 5th and COA received today the 9th.

I hope the whole process will be faster than my eea2- one year and 4 months.

I believe that as long as you are lawfully married and the child is under 18 when you got married, then the child has rights to become British.

Amazing!

Yes we entered in a civil partnership in October 2008- so 5 years for me in october 2013.

But he is working here since 2007 and i have everything to prove that as i was about to apply for my PR.

This is great.

AS you are married to the Non- EEA this does not apply to your case. This is only for those who are indirectly related to you- cousins, mother who are not EEA nationals. If you are legally married, a prof of the relationship- a marriage certificate would suffice.
