Another update: today i received a parcel from the H/O with my personal photos that i sent to support my application and a letter saying that they have photocopied the photos and added them to my file. i think this is a good sign as they maybe will start processing the application soon if not alread...

Ho is so weird how can they take 2yrs yet you even call them.may be you should make a fresh application what do you think?put new supporting documents.Did they return yr supporting documents when you applied? Odat DL form is for people who was refused asylum and were granted DLR and thats what happened to me. so DL form is the right one and it is the one i sent. so its the right form just im trying thinking why 2 years waiting.. strange thats whats bugging me, 2 years and still every time i phone them i...

Odat DL form is for people who was refused asylum and were granted DLR and thats what happened to me.
so DL form is the right one and it is the one i sent.

a quick update : it has been over 2 weeks since i went to see my MP and i phoned the HO today to be told that my application is still outstanding and that i have to wait. i'm getting really angry with this now, my life has been put on hold for the last 2 years and there is no sign of a decision bein...

@Odat, i can't remember what form i used but it was the one used to renew the discretionary leave to remain before the new forms came out in 2014.

no i haven't approached my MP yet although it was suggested to me by a solicitor last week.
do you think he/she would help ? and would it really have an impact on the issue ?
