What form please

Hi,
A friend of mine has overstayed his discretionary leave by 2 years, he genuinely didn't know as he assumed he got a 5 years leave when in fact it was only 3.
Anyway he now wants to fix this mess so can anyone tell us what application form should he use?

Re: Refusal for unpaid fees

Hi Zimba, It seems that they did not manage to get the payment processed and asked you to pay again. This could have been an error on their side. You should have investigated this with your bank to ensure that UKVI indeed got the money. I have investigated with my bank and they confirmed that the pa...

Re: Refusal for unpaid fees

I need more information. If they asked you to pay IHS, maybe they wanted to grant you further leave under DL instead of ILR. Was there anything that could have affected your eligibility for ILR e.g criminal history ? https://i.imgur.com/3p08EMn_d.jpg?maxwidth=640&shape=thumb&fidelity=medium...

Re: Refusal for unpaid fees

There was absolutely no reason for them to go down the further dl route. My circumstances haven't changed since i first got my DL. Same partner and same address, no tax problems or any other problems for that matter. I genuinely think it was mistake on their part, as they dubbed my application as in...

Re: Refusal for unpaid fees

Refusal for unpaid fees

Hi again,
I applied for ilr after 6 years dl (my first dl was granted in may 2009)
I have just received a refusal letter for unpaid fees, although the initial payment of £2297 on 16/03/2018.
I have also paid £500 ihs .

Can anyone shed some light on what fees are they talking about?

Re: Confused over ihs

According to the gov website a partial refund means approval but full refund is issued after refusal or application withdrawal.
Anyone else got any idea?

Cheers
