What does it mean "Decision Made: dd-mm-yyyy (confirmed via telephone) "?
In which scenario it happened or person has to call home office to ask for the decision?

I think you have to explain and prove your all major milestones which you have achieved or tried to achieve during 2 years. Then it will make your case pretty straight forward and authentic. Cos ecnomic activity is one the key point to renew your HSMP.

One of my friend told me today that Home office has added one more year to get indefinate stay in UK. It is now 5 years rather than 4 years.
