Hi , thanks for reply so are you 100% sure I don’t need b2 or any sort of English test , I have master degree for uk gov registered uni it’s on their list . Thanks for your time .

If you have a Masters degree from uk from an accepted university then your degree is your proof of english language. As for @suhar.chatekas, I am not sure. You can apply without the COS but be aware that if your employer can not get UKVI to issue a new COS it will obviously be a refusal. There is a possibility that a new COS will take a while as there will be questions about why the hours were declared as 53 and that puts into question the salary hour...
