Not meeting financial requirements

Dear members

Hoping someone will help me with a confusion I have. We dont meet the financial requirements for ILR, due in Aug 2020, does that mean we would need to put in an application for FLR again? And repeat the English test we did for FLR 2.5 years ago?

My husband did the A1 but his date of birth on one of the certificate is the wrong way round. Like the month has been entered as the day and the day as month. But the other certificate is correct. He recieved them seperatly has he had to do the test on diff occasions. Would you suggest we order a re...

Hey! I put in 12-14 bank statements but applying through DLA exemption. I have heard under that criteria you only need to put in one statement. Any idea?

I had few statements missing .. I think 2 and on my daughters birth certificate I didn't mention my occupation :/ .. I plan to reapply in April to complete another financial year as I'm self employed .. In the meantime, we've decided to give appeal a go because they a minor things .. No harm in try...

Can TB tests be booked by applicant over the phone at one of the centres, or do you have to email UKTB to book an official appt?

Why is the city and guild test certificate listening and speaking given out seperatly ? It's so annoying we have been waiting ages over 2 months and just got one of them now have to wait for the other :(

I haven't applied yet but will within 2 weeks! We spend all this time and effort gathering evidence and more, meet the requirements, pay the fee, the amount they charge, they should be giving us first class service VIP! whats DLA pls? Disability Living Allowance....(i,e people who cant work as result of a disability and are claiming this allowance are exempt from the 18600 requirements and basically will have to apply under rules similar to those before July 2012) You can work but suited to your individual needs. ...

Anyone applied under exemption DLA if so how did you do the calculation of maintenance ?

Not sure if mine is correct. Anyone willing to do it is welcome:

£313 monthly DLA no rent or council tax, £50,000 in savings.

A very clear detailed list of documents! Just a quick Q? I thought the VAf4A form was different to the online form and we have to complete the 2 sets of form: VAF4A, Appendix and Online form? Thanks

How necessary is attestation on nikah Nama by foreign ministry affairs Pakistan? We already have the mufti stamp on it plus a English attested copy and registered at local UC.

I thought Gerrys don't exist anymore in Pakistan ??? If they do what exactly is their role now as I'm aware previously you would pay the fees through them???
