So far as you have an appeal pending, you are allowed to be here. your long residency is not impacted yet.

You ll need to withdraw your appeal before you can reapply as a tier 4 student. Any college or university would want to see your original documents before they ll sponsor you.

Hi, With reference to what abdul said. So far as you are within the 28 day grace period, you should be fine. But make sure you mention your situation on a paper and add it to your current application. Also make sure you photocopy all of the documents before you make the application. Good luck
