Eligibility for 10 year long residence route?

Hello, I am a British Citizen and currently looking into options for my wife's ILR application. My wife has been in the country for over 10 years (nearly 5 of which has been a spouse visa with myself) before spouse, she was on visas which contributed to the 10 year route. Re: FLR(M) Quick Financial Requirement Question

Thanks very much. Quick follow up, if she works contacts (employed) for a University which is typical. I'm guessing this is considered temporary for the purposes of the form. Re: New to online application, a bit confused? FLR(M)

Start the application now as you can amend for around 10 weeks, so you can gradually complete it, returning to it when you can. Not sure whether I did anything wrong or got to a certain "point of no return" but I couldn't go back and edit any answers. What was put in stuck and there's no ...

Re: New to online application, a bit confused? FLR(M)

@String Ok! I will make sure I try enter things properly. Could you not go back and even fill in things you had left blank? Well, the problem with the form is (as far as i'm aware) you can't leave things blank as it won't let you progress. Another frustrating problem is that sometimes it states cle...

Re: FLR(M) Accommodation Proof Issue

I think you are confusing yourself with adequate maintenance where sponsor meet the financial requirement through public funds and has to shows outgoings too. But you seems like a self employed where HO never want to see your outgoings /housing costs. Thanks Seagul. Possibly. Although we meet the f...
