Re: Change of employment - Tier 2 - Advice Required

I havent read any of the above responses and will directly answer your first post of this topic. The only thing you need is a certificate of sponsorship from the new employer. You will not be exempted from the RMLT like you were the last time because now you are already under Tier 2 category (unless...

Re: Extending the tier 2 visa

Hi, I am preparing to extend my tier 2 visa, my visa expires in 02/16 and my employment starts in 05/13 but I have the permit in 04/13. How do I count the duration of this visa? 2 years 9 months from the commencement of my employment? Anyway, I am slightly concerned with this extension application ...

Re: Tier 2 Extension Funds Maintenance

I am kind of lost here now. Let me see, at present you are on a Tier 2 Visa and want to extend it further under the same category. And you are asking if your dependent(s) needs to show maintenance funds when you apply, right? My questions to you is that: Are your dependent coming for the first time ...

Re: Tier 2 Extension Funds Maintenance

I am going mad, please respond, for tier 2 gen extension (not first time) dependents need to show funds or certificate? I have got this from the PBS dependant policy guidance, which can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/guidance-for-dependants-of-uk-visa-applicants-tiers-1-2...
