Guys normally they dont send approvals once the ceremony date is announced. Expect the approval letters a week after ceremony.

No more approvals for the time being I guess.

As I said different people have different experiences. Roughly I think it takes a month.

Not sure that Advance Stage means waiting for Minister's decision. Different people have different experiences. For some it was very quick, for others it took longer. Hope for the best anyways. Nothing much we can do.

I sent an email today 6/08/2014 to citizenship. this is the reply sent to me .The position remains as stated, your application is at an advanced stage of processing and you will be informed of the Ministers decision as expeditiously as possible. @okdokie,there has been 3 batch of approval already.There might now be individual approvals thru the end of the month,more so,it depends on ur type of application,spouse of an Irish national is always faster if straight forward,then EU and Stamp 4,follow by others,Irish association might need a bit...

Invitations will be only send two weeks before the ceremony. so you can expect letters second weeks of Sept. Good Luck All.... so,its not in the advanced stage?too bad i thought it was ready to be sent to the minister :( :( no :( they would tell you if it is at advanced stage, but if they tell you your application continues to be processed and will be submitted for a decision as soon as possible, it means within 4 months b...

Last correspondence was the acknowledgement early last week.But I know some body with the same case and He got approval letter the next day after he got acknowledgement of the submission of renewed GNIB card.

My GNIB was already renewed and I sent them a copy as per their requirement. After that they sent an acknowledgement of the receipt of the GNIB copy. No further news yet.

Any approvals this week so far?

I am actually a spouse of an Irish citizen. My husband was naturalised earlier this year.

No they did not asked for fee. They said process will be paused until I submit my new GNIB card. Once submitted they sent an acknowledgement letter.
