No I had no convictions, no driving offences or court hearings, nothing at all. My spouse was unemployed for some time in 2014.

I got the invitation letter today. sent required documents/fees last week.

Dont get too much bogged down by this. If you meet the application requirements, simply just apply.

I know few people have got the invitation letters but some of them got approvals last year in Dec or so. I called them and the lady said they will be sending few today and tomorrow and may be on Monday as well. So invitations my keep coming up to Wed/Thu next week. Fingers crossed.

You need to have Garda stamps on your passport I guess. I am not sure how that would work without stamps.

Dont worry Dar, There should be no problem. Everyone does not get in 3/4 months..many people have to wait longer. You will get it soon God willing. Just dont be much concerned about it. People with bigger offences got through.

They say its gone to minister. Actually the 1st time I heard that its gone to Misnister was back in late july. There is no process in place where you can follow up once its been sent to minister...

I used to waiting , I don't know what I will be doing after I get the citizenship !!!! we should establish kind a recovery mental club for the new citizens I like this...you will be alright .. There has been many cases registered of such syndrome and have successfully recovered after the big event....
