If you are still in Tier 2 ICT(Established Staff), you will be eligible for ILR only when you switch to Tier 2 General and stay in UK for 5 years.

This is one of the options and there could be other options.

When we are getting ILR in 5 years, why is the restriction on Tier 2 only for 6 years?
