Acknowlegement of application

Hi All, I have noticed on timeline threads that people indicate the date of receipt of acknowledgment. I applied for naturalisation on 29 June but I didn't receive any email as an acknowledgment. I did receive an email stating that the payments was successful and to book biometrics etc, is this the ...

Re: General discussion on CSI and Settled Status. Big issues for people on the EEA-Applications Routes

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could provide me with some guidance on my situation. I came to the Uk in Jan 2015 as a Non-EU citizen on an EEA family permit as a dependent of an EU citizen (my father). Until 2018, I was studying and doing part-time jobs until I was able to get a full time job in ...

Re: change brc issued under eea to eu settlement

Hi all, Thought I would update you on my experience travelling with the a new Settled Status BRC. There was a bit of confusion on this thread as to whether you have to tell them HO that you have a new BRC as you would of used your EEA BRC to apply for settled status. People were indicating that this...

They sent me an email asking to do it. Apparently they could'nt reuse my bio metrics from 2015.
Did you do your Biometric on 25th of August and got the confirmation email on the same day? Thanks.
No, I did my Bio on 25th July and got the approval email 25th August.

Re: change brc issued under eea to eu settlement

Hi all, I have seen a few message in this group that have slightly confused me regarding sending your Settled status card in to update the details you used to apply for Settled Status! I used my EEA residency BRC as a family member of an EU citizen to apply for Settled status and it was accepted. I ...

Re: EU Settled Status

I would suggest that you look at the Timelines thred in this forum as it will give you an indication of processing times for Non-EEA nationals applications. In short, it can be anything up to 11 months for some applications but i would say the average this year is around 4-6 months because of Covid....

Hi again guys! Could someone help me? I'm applying on the website and when I click 'find out how many years continuous residence you have to prove' it shows every year from 2013 until 2020 (8 years). Re: transferring BRC to Settled Status BRC

The website seems to use BRP or BRC interchangeably. At the bottom of the landing page there is only one button to apply underneath both sections giving information for BRP and BRC. It did ask me for my BRC number and the number on the letter for ILR that i received.
