Hi Friends

I am also facing the same situation........my student visa is in UT but now my 10 years have been completed so should I submit my LIUK and English Language test in UT or wait for their decision....

Hello Faisal I think you cant apply for ILR without withdrawing your appeal, if you apply without withdrawing your appeal then your fresh application may be void. but I am not 100% sure about this. but a senior member may guide you properly. Hi
You have to renew your passport first then apply for ILR otherwise HO may object that your passport is expired.

my question is ....... How many months bank statements my wife has to show to prove the annual income is 18600, Can she show only 3/4 months statements and a letter from employer that her expected annual income is more than 18600
