Hi,
I checked the level of A1. Yes It was way over it. my wife Passed IELTS General Category with 7.0 in 2014 and it was valid for 2 years only. Please give me your feedback on what will happen to her application so that I prepare myself for some actions.

Yes that is correct, if you are going for a PEO, you will have to pay 400 per applicant, so 800 in total in your case. Once you are granted ILR your wife can continue to extend her PBS dependent visa, where she will be granted 3 yrs, which means she will need another extension before she can settle...
