Re: Very Urgent FLR FP OR FLR O (2 PAYSLIPS SHORT FOR FLR M)

You do not fall for flr o if you apply basis on your british partner. It is either flr m or flr fp. you do not meet requirement for flr m so the last option is flr fp but without child, the insurmountable obstacle test is very tough. All depends on your background and your home country situation plu...

Re: Applied as a partner but granted as a parent 10 year rou

It seem to me based of what you have shared with us, that you should not encounter difficulty succeeding under the partner route. The difficulty is, with over the counter cases, there is little time to seek guidance from a senior caseworker. The officer that granted materially misdirected him or he...

Re: Applied as a partner but granted as a parent 10 year rou

The Secretary of State is bound by the rules as much as an applicant. If the rules say a parent cannot qualify as a parent under the rules if the are in a relationship with the mother and will be entitled to apply as a partner, then the Secretary of State has no discretion in the matter to act cont...

Re: FLR FP SUCCESS Same day service , PEO

I already addressed that. A person cannot be granted leave under EX1. EX1 only provides exemption to certain non mandatory requirements of the rules. My view is based on the case of Sabir below. It appears you and the Caseworker have misconstrued the law. http://www.bailii.org/uk/cases/UKUT/IAC/201...

Hi Obie, thanks for your concern. But it doesnt work like the way you thinking. How it works is-------- when you apply under partner 10 year route with british child, you get visa based on your british child rather than your british wife Unless you are applying without british child and there is in...

yes you can unless your case is extremely complected. All flr fp application with straightforward case can use premium service.

I will definitely use again for my extension.
