Do check the rules yourself in case I missed something. I have checked the rules but cannot see where son needs to attach English cert, is it ok to submit application for both on FLRM(same application on one form) with wife masters degree only? Regards. Finally got a reply from HO. My reconsideration has been successful after an 8-month battle. I can't believe that the HO employs such a an incompetent bunch of people (caseworkers), who don't even know the definition of a conviction/ non custodial sentence.
