Re: ILR 10 years for wife - some questions

You can book the appointment as soon as a slot becomes available on the UKVI system. However you can't attend the appointment to submit the application at the PSC until 28 days before the date your wife qualifies for 10 year long residence. In other words, you can book an appointment to attend the ...

Re: ILR 10 years for wife - some questions

I'm confused. In some posts your mention your wife will reach her 10 year qualifying date in May and in others you mention April. Which date is correct? :? She would reach 10 years on May 3rd 2017. 28days before is April 6th and 42 days to book online appointment same day application advance for Ma...

Re: ILR 10 years for wife - some questions

The appointment date MUST be within the 28 day period before reaching 10 years residence from date of first entry to the UK. You can book in advance, which should be fine. Thanks CROO1 and Casa for clarifications. We would book same day application with HO ASAP in advance 42 days within the 28 days...

Re: ILR 10 years for wife - some questions

She can only apply WITHIN 28 days of reaching the 10 year residence mark. Date of application for postal is the date of posting. Without anyone knowing yet what the fee increase is going to be, and last year was a substantial increase in ILR fees - 25%, perhaps paying the extra £500 to apply in per...

Re: ILR 10 years for wife - some questions

Hi CROO1, can we apply to book same day for her application which is 10 years ILR on May 3rd 2017, by March 23rd 2017, which is 42 days before she clocks 10 years in May. ?
We have decided to pay the £2.375. Is it all payment together?.
Thanks.

[quote="CR001"]Appointments are usually available to book 42 days in advance of your intended date. Some centres however (Croydon is on) only have dates 20 to 28 days in advance. See link below on how to find and book a centre appointment. https://www.gov.uk/ukvi-premium-service-centres/ov...
