Re: accompany eu spouse visa successful from Irish Emb Bangk

U are very correct according to the Inis website. The c visa should actually be issued within a month at the maximum. But a D visa which will be required in the case of an irish national May take up to six months to be issued. The difference Is the EU perspective. Cheers. Xx quote="heregreg&quo...

Re: accompany eu spouse visa successful from Irish Emb Bangk

The Join or accompany spouse is a short stay c visa. Pls do not mislead people. It is clearly written on Inis website. It states to get a C visit visa and extend when in the state. This is to ałlow the quick facilitation under the eu laws. When u get in, u then go and extend so far It's an acc/join ...

Re: Relocating to Dublin with a non EU spouse

Irajaforyou, I'll say you should, just take it one step at a time. U can apply for a join spouse visa if you will be there ahead of her even if it is a few days before Or an accompany spouse visa if you will be traveling together. U do not need to go first to ireland then go back to get her and back...

Re: Relocating to Dublin with a non EU spouse

Irajaforyou, just a few paragraphs up, u get your answer. Your passport data page copy, your spouse's passport and your marriage certificate is all you have to produce in the first three months. The visa should be issued to you free of charge and on the basis of an accelerated procedure, usually wit...

Re: Relocating to Dublin with a non EU spouse

The first thing your spouse will do is to apply for an Irish join spouse visa from Nigeria. This should be given free if charge (you pay vfs fee) and on the basis of an accelerated procedure. I'm not yet sure how long that is translated to in Nigeria but it should not exceed 4 weeks. Also the requir...
