ILR but one 14 months break so no p60 for one year

Hi,

I am on a tier 1 visa and have had a full 5 years. the only problem is that i was on a break for 14 months, so I do not have a p60 (2009/2010). Would that affect my ILR application.

Thanks,

i wouldn't think its an error as the two visa stickers first one she got when you was out of country, and the first extension sticker does not mention it, i should get the BRP soon, i will check it then

no, i checked all the stamps nothing mentions it

Iraqi Dependent of Tier 1 (Canadian), Police registration

Hi,

I just renewed my Tier 1 extension for myself and my wife (dependent). My wife is from Iraq and I am a Canadian citizen. Does she need to register at the police? We have not registered but I am told that she may need to register especially for ILR

Thanks
