Its in Vulcan house in Sheffield, its silly as we have a 5 years old and she is pregnant. Also as I am a contractor, I have to not work on that day, in total with hotel/train and missing a days work I am losing £600.

It is very strange, I have asked around and have done a search here and on the internet, could not find any other examples of people getting a similar letter as ours.

My passport is unavailable at the moment, can I send a notarised copy of my passport and the ILR stamp page?

Also am I right in assuming that the birth cert and the Passport showing ILR are the only documents that I need to send?

My wife has a ESOL Skills for life (speaking and listening) Entry 1, is this enough for a spouse visa's (I am on ILR) English requirement.

She is on tier 1 dependent and I just got my ILR so I think she needs to switch to a spouse visa.

I got my ILR yesterday, can I apply for my sons citizenship now, what form do I need to fill in. I was on Tier 1 when he was born and he only has his birth certificate (born in UK)
