u need to say "NO' and after that u need to submit certificate from university.. but i think there wont be any prob becoz u have submitted enough doc. i think ECO will understand. but still m not sure how they consider it.

if u have no surname then read the guidance note. because in some of the cases if one person have only one name they can write the same name in last name. while filling online form u will come across that. read the guidance if u r find it.
