Dear Sir/Madam, I am Sathish Kannan. I am already holding ILR visa, and now applied PBS extension for my family. My family have already completed 4 years of continuous stay in the UK with a Tier-2 dependency visa. They still need just one more year of dependency visa to be eligible for applying ILR....

Ok. I found in this forum (immigration-for-family-members/pbs-depe ... 58275.html) that for IHS we have to pay minimum of 3 years. We can't pay for just one year, and also can't get refund as we will be extending to ILR.

In my case my wife and son will be eligible for ILR in 14 months time. My visa expiry date is 2024.. when I entered my expiry date, then its asking me to pay £1560, but if I just change the date to 14 months from today then we only have to pay £936. But not sure if thats the right way.
