Yes, only one of the parent should have ILR or citizenship.

Hi Simoz You can call DX tracking service ask if they have anything to be delivered to you. They will only ask you post code and name. If they have something it may mean that your ID card is on the way and and your application is successful. I hope you get a the answer you wishing for. Kind Regards
