Re: Application Rejected under paragraph 245ZV(k)

Very strong reasons have mentioned in your refusal by ECO. Its not good idea for AR because ECO raised issues like no knowledge of proposed study, no future plan after study, no academic progress between 4/9/11 -30/10/12, no research for other institutions. In your case only option I can suggest is ...

Re: College CAS withdrawn

You should apply for ILR now with life in the Uk Test and expertise advice. Other side prepare for an appeal. CAS issued on 06/01/14 was based on your Tofel certificate, If your Tofel certificate is not genuine means CAS is not valid, So no strong grounds to argue in court also use of fake certifica...

Re: Tier 4 help

You don't have any time to study level 7 as per immigration rule however if any new T4 HTS sponsor issue CAS for your 2 ACCA papers, your visa application will fall in refusal and you will have right to appeal. During application/appeal process you can complete your ACCA qualification.

Re: Tier 4 Interview for Second MBA and Alleged Work Violati

Documents used to obtain CAS only require to submit so, its fine in your case. If you have worked only couple of weeks as a part of your study at university, you should submit university letter/certificate showing that. Most students are having visa credibility interview for tier 4 applications. You...

Yazo
Add up your all previous study duration mentioned in your old CAS and visa letters (in Months)= xx months,
You allowed to study total 60 months for level6/7,
so 60-xx= if anything remain only that period you can, if nothing remain means you cannot.

HO has digital evidence- your cousin has not given test and qualification provided by test centre was not genuine.
If you can provide- Evidence that your cousin has given test himself and achieved TOEIC genuinely then you may can appeal from detention or home country.
