Why did you go through the 10yr route when you could have gone through the 5yr route you have a valid tier 4 visa till nxt month so I just think you could have made it shorter but congrats still hi everyone, Just to let you know, i had peo today and visa was granted. yes it shuld take about 8weeks if everything is straight like no offence or police case and you submitted enough proof that you guys are living together still...u can start calling them if you havent heard from them in 8weeks.

i fink you have applied for the wrong visa, as your husband got the 3yrs in 2011 he was just meant to extend it again under flr o for another 3yrs, fingers crossed but expect the worse

Flr(o) is the right form and include the necessary documents as long as your situation hasn't changed then you should be fine and get your response max 10wks

student finance on dlr

I am currently on an extended dlr(3 more yrs to ilr) is it possible to apply for student finance now as I have lived here legally for the previous 3 yrs, a friend of mine said it's possible but I just want to be sure pls help good people

@amber..pls am on an extended dlr(final 3yrs b4 ilr) is it possible to apply for student finance now as I have already lived here legally for the previous 3 yrs as I need to get another degree now..thanks

Its now 15 weeks since i sent my FLR(FP) Application. Is it true that cases that receive quick response from the HO are usually more successful than the cases they waste more time on ? 8 weeks from when you received your acknowledgment letter as long as your condition remains the same as to when you got the 1st one like been still married and nt separated or still living 2gether and all and you not forgetting to declare all your drivin offences if you have one tickets and fines in...
