The problem is how would you proof that the total is as you claimed? You can't proof that you earn as you claimed by adding up all the earnings based on your payslips & bank statement. I would imagine that you P60 does not cover the entire period or otherwise you that would be enough. Also I am ...

It doesn't matter. Even if the case worker doesn't award the 5 points you still have more than enough points to qualify.

Yes make sure your payslips are stamped and signed.

Also make sure that the letter from the university clearly shows your name, degree awarded and the date of award. These all must match your degree.

That looks similar to mine. Mine is just the HSMP letter, last 3 months of payslips & bank statements. No accommodation or sponsor letters. You might want to try to call them. You've passed the 28 days waiting time on their letter so it's valid to give them a call.

I believe the first page is about the person who pay for the application not the applicant. But may be wrong, that is my interpretation of it.

I sent my FLR(HSMP) on 19th June and received my passport back on the mail on 5th July. There is no delay in my experience, but again it's all depends on the merit of your application.

Get a new letter that says the name, degree awarded and date awarded. Mine only had the course completion date (this is from an Australian university) but I still requested a letter with the date awarded clearly spelled out. Although I did my degree in an English speaking country in a university tha...

I didn't do any of such, just my payslip & bank statements from the last 3 months. That was enough to give my FLR(HSMP) in country application.

Vkap best to get the the University to give you a new letter with the exact format as specified with the guideline. This include the date of the award. Failing that you can take the IELTS test.

If you have it you should always send the P60 form, it never hurts to send it anyway.

And yes P60 won't be enough if you are claiming the 12 months outside the P60 period. Have a read the guidance & the application form, it's quite clear what you need to submit as proof of income.

nshar1,

You keep accusing HO about their inefficiency and lack of professionalism. However you forget to mention the fact that there are ten-of-thousands of HSMP applications processed successfully within a very short time frame. You only need to look at this board to see HO performance.

Airmail is just a normal post by air rather than by surface. This is nothing more than your standard mail. Obviously you won't be able to track & trace these things.

I haven't checked but I sort of remember that you are only allowed to be away from UK for maximum of 3 months in a year to qualify for settlement in the UK during your HSMP period.

I'm not convinced that Home Office intentionally lose your documents. Just why would they? They can simply reject your application if they don't have a good ground that the documents are real.

Rather than sending mail to me privately why don't you post it here for everyone to see?

No if you are a contractor and offset your expenses against your pay then it's pay - expenses. I think this is the most common scenario. Say if you get 5,000 and your expenses is 500, then your Gross Pay is 4,500 and you are only taxed against that 4,500. If you don't offset your expenses or your ex...

Original birth certificate + translated in English. You have to use the approved translator as specified by the local UK High Commission. That is enough, you don't need to add the notarised copy of your passport. Driver License is enough too, again if you have this you don't need to send the notaris...
