My wife and kid got Visa submission on Monday 27th July but TB test is booked for 4th August so shall wife wait for the TB test certificate or submit documents on Monday and later do test as i know the certificate will be checked at London airport please advice

thanks for reply , i just want to know is Tier 1 General visa been extended after completion of 5 years? no matter it's 3 plus 2 or 2 plus 3 if the person has been completed that 5 years but he is not eligible for indefinite stay so can he get more extension or not?

is Tier 1 General Visa can be extended for more than 5 years ? like if some out of country for more than 6 months or he got conviction so i want to know is there any 1 who got extension of Tier 1 after 5 years normally after 5 years is ILR but if some 1 not eligible can his visa be extended?

i came Uk in 2004 and at April 2010 got 3 years tier 1 general visa than in August due to some family issues have to move back abroad than came back after 2 years got 2 years extension so my question is when should i apply for Indefinite?
