Can a sponsor ask employees to pay the Tier 2 visa fee? Is it legal for them to ask an employee to pay the fees for visa? Is the Passport re issue to quick in Indian high commission, Last when I spoke to them. they said it would take minium 4-6 weeks and can take upto 3 months as well. Though I have mixed reviews from friends on the timeline taken.
