Hello, My wife is on the Tier 1 General Visa and i am her dependant for the past 5 years. My wife has: 1. 6 motnhs payslips 2. 6 months bank statements 3. listed her travel dates (she has not been outsid ethe UK for more than 180 days in each year) My main question is, what do I need to provide as t...

As the dependant, will I need to show:

1. Payslips
2. How long I have been out the country
3. Bank Statements
4. Any other documents?

(I know that I have to the ESOL and Life in the UK test).

My son was born in the UK.

I'm not sure what you mean by dep leave but we have had the Tier 1 Visa for 5 years come 30/08/14.
