do i have to submit proof of what i was doing for those 28 days between 6th december and 8th november on my employer reference letter like my other absences from the UK, or is this automatically understood by UKBA?

Hi,
The 'start date' on my uk visa is 6th december 2009, I entered the UK on 2nd Jan 2010. I have a total leave of about 80 days in the entire duration of 4 years and 8 months so far. when can i apply for my IRL?

As you may understand, I still have a little over 3 months before I become eligible. Can I take the letter and keep it now, or do I have to have letter made at a date closer to the day I am applying?
