Here is my appeal timeline: Visa Applied: 26 June 2014 Visa Refused: 30 July 2014 Appeal lodged: 5 August 2014 Date of Hearing: 19 March 2015 Appeal Allowed : 02 April 2015 Fee Refunded : 12 April 2015 Received my BRP: 09 July 2015 Thanks god now i am stress free.Best of Luck to everyone.

Thanx for ur reply obie,Because ukba has retained my passport so i cannot get new CAS without passport,My question is if judge allows me appeal will ukba return my passport with visa?

Thanks For your reply unfortunately i don't have provisional driving license either ,only photo id that i have got at the moment is the ID Card from my country of origin which is in English and it has my photo, date of birth,signature and my UK home address.
