Has anyone received Bio invitation after submitting their application on/after 17/10/14?

Acknowledgement letter that I received had sender's address from Liverpool, shouldn't that be Durham's where application was posted originally for fee processing?

I didnt withdraw my application. I varied it because there wasnt any decision yet made on my previous entrepeneure application. Withdrawing wasnt useful for ten years thats why i varied it. At times, banks do not authorise the transactions of larger sum of payments for security reasons.
