Anyone know of any Higher education institution that offers CIMA/ACCA/CFA and are willing to issue CAS if your visa has been refused and you are willing to withdraw the application and apply for student visa. Please help!

My application has been refused due to Advertisement and it is one of the important rule that you should have advertisement before 11 th July. I think if you appeal the decision will be negative. If you have advertisement prrof before 11th July I would suggest you have a fresh application.

I applied for my visa on 8th August
Acknowledgement letter dated 12August received on 18th August
Biometric request dated 19th August received on 21st August
Biometric done 26th August

No response after that. A bit worried.

I am really worried now after seeing this. I opened my bank account on 22nd July but my company was registered on 2nd July and has been trading since then as I was using my personal account to take payment and by cash. I submitted 3 contracts. Two were signed before 11th July and one after 11th July...
