Re: Missed translations

Hi, I also applied for the IFP but at Warwick Uni. I did not translate those two documents as well... What was the outcome of your application? Regards. I did get it! Hopefully you'll get an equally nice ECO Great! I feel a relief :) I supplied a bank statement where it states that we have more tha...

Re: Missed translations

Hello again guys. Just a little update on my application. Well, the ECO never contacted me, they made a decision on my visa in like one day so I've accepted the fact that they refused it. However, do you think there's the even slimmest chance that they may have approved it?

Cheers xx

Re: Tier1 dependant

I think you'd be provided better guidance in the Tier 1 forum. But here is some information on it: https://www.gov.uk/tier-1-general/family-members and here is the Guidance for dependants of UK visa applicants (Tiers 1, 2, 4, 5): https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/guidance-for-dependants-of-...

Re: Tier 4 visa with criminal record

Thanks for the reply DulceXimenaBO, not sure what you are suggesting I should include to support this. Other than my honorable discharge award from the army in 2000, and the very recent completion of my B.S. I spent most of that time working a dead end job just to keep a roof over my families head,...

Re: Tier 4 visa with criminal record

I think this will likely make your visa an "exceptional case" and may take a little longer. You should include your explanation of the felonies in the additional information section and just to be safe I'd include any documents relevant to the crimes in question. It was quite a long time a...

Re: Missed translations

I you do get asked for the translation then send what you have as it does the job. Given your going to a Uni and you have been interviewed already if they have not asked for translations there is a good chance they won't at this stage. Thanks a lot for the answers, this was consuming me! They sent ...

Re: Missed translations

Unless the ECO is concerned about the overall application then to refuse it on the lack of translation for the documents mentioned is not particularly likely. Have you got the translations (the bank statement is more important ) ready to send if requested? Well, I'm lot more calm now. I do have it,...

Can a visitor apply for a visa?

Hi, I applied for my UK Student Visa, but I'm worried that they might refuse it because I didn't include a translation of my bank statement and birth certificate, which are in Spanish. If they do refuse it, I wouldn't be able to go through the whole application process again in time for the start of...

Missed translations

Hi, I confirmed my application on Aug 07 and attended my appointment at the embassy on Aug 18. After handing my documents in, I realised I hadn't included a translation of my father's Bank Account Statement and my birth certificate, which are in Spanish. I also forgot my CAS letter but I honestly do...
