Hi, i got my ILR last year through 5 years tier 2 route. did my wife's application yesterday and ended up submitting set(M) instead of set(O) as suggested by gov.uk website that set(M) is the form that should be used for settled person.Already paid £3208 and now completely confused about what to do...

I'm an EEA citizen and have travelled to the UAE in December 2017 and didn't get an exit stamp when I exited. HO is probably aware that ur married You filled out previous immigration applications section. Passports probably have vignettes or BRP. You evidenced ur marriage when either of you applied for spouse dependant. I would advise you to desist from adding extra documents unless you have a complex case...

Of course you can.. Only mandatory documents to be uploaded on UKVCAS page. 1. All passports 2. BRP 3. Liuk 4. English cert 5.
