As a dependent of someone on Dr, she will not get a visa for longer validity than her sponsor/spouse so it is correct that it expires at the same time in December she will have to apply for an extension before her visa expires if her sponsor gets ILR. But point is that why new born baby's cards they mentioned 'No recourse of public fund' whereas father of child have all liberty i.e getting jobs or benefits. Why not baby?
