My application got refused in feburay ..did appeal the same month ..one copy to the Tribunal one to bhc pakistan.which they reviwed,got an answer of them last month ..refused again..so they took abt 6months ..i have applied for a new case in August already ..been Two months ..best thing is to revie...

This is a Standard Reply i got the same ...it means the documents that ur gona sumbit for ur appeal ..copy of the same documents will go to bhc in pakistan and they will review it .. If they are satisfied then it wont go to hearing

YeA I have been in that satuation ..where my appeal got reviwed then they send u a decision ..which in my case was a refusal ..so u never know u might get lucky ..

Yea appeal is 1st reviewed that take about 2 months if u can satisfy them then they wont take it to court .. and about self employment .. u need letters from hmrc ..ur utr number ..Tax return form ..statement of account ..sa302 or 300 .. unaudited accounts for the same year .. letter from a certifie...

Muskan If u have applied after this year April then Yea u need ur Tax returns done for 2013/14 .. u need to Make sure u show the money going in ur Bank and u need to provide statements fromapril 2013 to April 2014 ... Do ur Tax returns now if ur relying on last financial year .. so u can apply again...
