I got the same letter but 2 weeks later I got the approval email. Single applicant renewal. Applied 30.12.20. Received it 25th June 21. I received it 2 working days after the approval email.

I sent my application for renewal and I got my supporting documents old travel document back after 3 months and Friday the 25th of June 21 I received an email that it was approved and on its way Timeline applied. 30/12/20. Sent documents 03/01/21. Approved 25.06.21 Still waiting for it to be deliver...

Yes I did because I had a driving offence I was not given ILR I was given an extension of the limited leave to remain until my 12 conditional discharge was spent. That that it has I applied on the 18th and doing biometrics on the 13th of November.

The letter goes to your solicitor they then call you to go to the nearest post office to do your biometrics , free and yes we all had to do biometrics even if you took finger prints with your asylum claim.Hope this is helpful

@Destiny2014 they say if you have a criminal record it takes longer because they have to do some external inquries and its handled by criminal section of the home office.it actually says on their website that it takes up to 6 months to process your application if its straight foward and even longer ...
