@tallojani I don't think there any issue in applying straight after but do the couple in question talk now at all? @Freddy786 not yet, I told my husband to go at the the end of the month if we don't hear anything, their emails are standard replies it's annoying, I have complained at complaints@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk got a reply asking for more information from them so let's see what happens with that. @ket1 enjoy...

Moa7 it takes longer then a day now, I sent an email on Thursday still waiting for a reply, sometimes it takes them 3/4 days all we can do is wait.

@wasnav sorry to hear that but that is rather strange as Asim khan said, if u provided all the documents mentioned then why did they not accept it? I also believe that payments have to be in account for 6 months, it's a shame that people who meet the income threshold and their documents are genuine ...

tallojani thanks I'm aware of that but I'm over the income threshold and my husbands application is not on hold according to them so I don't know why it's still taking them so long.

They have said it's with a ECO so let's see how long now.
