I thought with spouse visas you can only appeal to the tribunal, not exactly get it reviewed. When you appeal to the tribunal, the appeal is forwarded onto the ECO who originally made the decision to see whether any further information has come to light which would clearly lead to the visa being gra...

yes tax was paid to hmrc automatically by employer. No they did not take the lowest wage slip, they just added it up for the 6 months. I dont think they take the lowest slip, unless they made the mistake because of the employment letter issue. In which case its all a big mess :? As for employment l...

I dont think they take the lowest slip, unless they made the mistake because of the employment letter issue. In which case its all a big mess :?

Tiredwaiting I think u should get a contract letter from ur second employement ..explaning ecerything Thats missing ..and also à letter From ur manager Saying Why he didnt mention that ..u cud atleast mention approximate amount .send it for a review ..Hope it will work ..u got nothing to loose ... ...

3 days ago had visa refused. Reasons: 1. salary falling below £18,600. But the ECO has made a mistake in calculating the wages so will appeal against this. 2. employment letter for 2nd job does not state my gross annual salary. Im waiting for a decision still. Applied 28th Feb 2014 CAT A- 2 Jobs, was escalated last week and the following response received this week:

"pre-assessment and online verification conducted - Under process for further enquiries/checks."

Anyone know what this means?

I asked a solicitor this week regarding the difference of my wage slip and bank statement not matching for 2 of the 6 months, as i was paid cash for these. The difference was only a few pounds.
