Thanks CMOSUK for quick response,yes it is still readable as it teared vertically two pieces and joined back.

Sure i will mention in the cover letter.As per the UKBA they will not issue new one.
I will contact them tomorrow but before that looking for good suggestions like this.

Hi All, I would like to let you know that finally we got a call from visa centre on Sep 18th 2014 to collect the documents. Today i.e Sep 22nd we have collected the documents...And ends up with....... ...................................... GOT THE DEPENDANT VISA FOR BOTH OF THEM(SPOUSE AND SON)........

@ repeatcell, First you can apply your visa and once your visa is granted,then after travelling to UK, you can apply for dependants. For this you just need to have maintenance support letter from your A rated sponsor for dependants.It should be done within 28 or 30 days(not sure exact days i.e 28 or...
