Re: Entrepreneur visa refused (contract via recruitment agen

thanks 1. Are you convinced now that working through an intermediary recruitment company as a contractor and providing your services through your limited company is fine, and you will continue that until your next extension/ ILR application. I understand your question and i know home office guidance...

Re: Fraud- please help

Hello mate Sorry to hear about your situation I work in a financial institution and I am surprised to see the response from the bank. All banks are regulated with FCA and accordingly if you lodge a complaint they must write a final response letter within 56 days of your complaint date explaining the...

Re: visa refused because of selfemplyment letter

I can only suggest that your contracts, invoices, entries in the bank statement, HMRC welcome letter and UTR number confirmation should be s...

Re: Urgent help required URGENT

I guess you were on PSW when you applied. In that case you are allowed to work as your application is still outstanding based on the points you stated above. You have the following options 1 ask your employer to do a Employers service check (if you are self employed you do not need this as per the g...

Hi

How do you know these points? are you a consultant or immigration lawyer? we have used the same points but focused more on how my work and the contract did not fall under IR35 and intermediary legislation. Your points seems clear and thanks for sharing it.

Re: Entrepreneur visa refused (contract via recruitment agen

Legally, on records, HO has no right to refuse our application as we are providing services via our limited company. It is also clear that companies can not directly hire contractors for various reasons such as on boarding duties , firing and other HR issues and therefore experienced recruitment age...

Re: urgent please help

in that case HO made a mistake and you can ask to reconsider this decision. However, your contract, business plan and cv should reflect that you as director of your registered company is providing services to glaxosmithkline. it is bit silly as big companies can not hire contractors directly and the...
