Appeal to Upper Tribunal

Dear forum members

If a out country spouse visa appeal is allowed by First Tier Tribunal, then how much chance is there that Home Office Challenge it in Upper Tribunal? How many days do Home Office have after decision to appeal to UT?

And there is no requirement for showing saving in bank as long as sponsor is earning 22,400 and has proper accomdation for family.

The two child are exempted from financial rule. They can apply for british passport as the father has british citizenship at the time of their birth. The wife and first child will have to apply for visa with a requirement of 22,400 . Hope this will help you.

The Administrative Review is been phased out, but not fully implemented yet. At present, you have the right to apply under 82(1). Did you mean rights of appeals are being phased out ? Dear forum members

Is it true that there is no more right of appeal for spouse visa? If we are refused spouse visa outside Uk,then we cannot appeal? Please give me your advice as I am going to apply spouse from India to join my spouse in Uk.
